Interview Experience
So basically Jio came to our college, so it was a on-campus interview. they have set the criteria of 6 CGPA and no year gap in education. My interview experience with Jio was very good because they had very fast and transparent interview process. They were offering Spark role for all the eligible candidates and those who will get selected in it will be able to apply for Ignite and Illuminate role.

Interview Mode – Online (On-campus)
Eligibility Criteria
- No year gap
- Minimum 6 cgpa and above
Interview Rounds
Technical Interview (L0 round) :
L0 round is totally technical interview round, in this round the they asked me questions based on data structure, algorithms, basic networking, database and basic software engineering (SDLC) topics, and some questions on skills which I had mentioned in my resume.
Technical Interview (L1 round) :
This was also a technical round in this they asked question mainly on data structure and algorithms, some questions on searching and sorting algorithms, then the interviewer asked me questions on my project which I have mentioned in resume and some questions on my hobby as well.
Technical +HR Interview (L2 round) :
L3 round is a technical + HR interview, in this round they asked basic questions on web dev, data structure, sorting algorithms, networking, testing such topics, after they are convinced with my technical performance they moved for the HR questions some of them are
- Tell me about your family.
- What are your strengths and weakness.
- Why we should we hire you?
- How you will handle the team if you are a team lead.
- Are you ready to relocate to Navi Mumbai?
- Do you any plans for further studied?
